RA2 SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT – OVERNIGHT DIVERSION (TOWARDS HEATHROW ONLY)
Due to planned overnight road closures, the RA2 service will be subject to a diversion when operating towards Heathrow only between 21:00 and 06:00 on the following dates:
- Tuesday 30 June
- Wednesday 1 July
- Thursday 16 July
- Friday 17 July
- Thursday 6 August
- Friday 7 August
- Wednesday 19 August
- Thursday 20 August
Diversion Route
During the above times, buses departing Guildford towards Heathrow will operate via the following diversion:
- Right onto Walnut Tree Close
- Left onto Bridge Street
- Continue onto Onslow Street
- Continue onto Woodbridge Road
- Left at the top of Woodbridge Road to rejoin the A3
The Chase Bus Stop
To minimise disruption, reduce late running and avoid RTI issues, The Chase bus stop will not be served by RA2 services operating towards Heathrow between 21:00 and 06:00 on the dates listed above.
Customers wishing to board the service during these periods should use Guildford Rail Station as their nearest boarding point.
All drivers are requested to follow the diversion route as detailed and ensure customers are advised of the temporary arrangements where necessary.
