Where to Board

At Heathrow

RailAir customers travelling from Heathrow can board at Stand 9 in Terminal 5, or Heathrow Central Bus Station (CBS)  from stands 6-15a.

If you are arriving or departing from Terminal 4,  you can use the free connections available at Heathrow to reach either the Terminal 5 Stand 9  (or Central Bus Station for journeys to Reading and Guildford).

Terminal 2  and 3
RA1 and RA2 can drop you off at terminals 2 and 3. RailAir coaches depart from the Heathrow Central Bus Station.

From Arrivals follow the signs for bus and coaches, this takes you underground, then follow the signs for the Heathrow Central Bus Station, this is around a 4 - 7 minute walk.

Terminal 4
Although we don't pick up from Terminal 4 you can use the FREE Heathrow Express rail shuttle service to the Heathrow Central Bus Station at Terminals 2 & 3. Travel in the carriages at the rear of the train and alight at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and follow signs to Heathrow Central Bus Station.
