At Heathrow

Directions
RailAir customers travelling from Heathrow can board at Stand 9 in Terminal 5, or Heathrow Central Bus Station (CBS)  from stands 6-15a.

If you are arriving or departing from Terminal 4,  you can use the free connections available at Heathrow to reach either the Terminal 5 Stand 9  (or Central Bus Station for journeys to Reading and Guildford).

Terminal 2  and 3
RA1 and RA2 can drop you off at terminals 2 and 3. RailAir coaches depart from the Heathrow Central Bus Station.

From Arrivals follow the signs for bus and coaches, this takes you underground, then follow the signs for the Heathrow Central Bus Station, this is around a 4 - 7 minute walk.

Terminal 4
Although we don't pick up from Terminal 4 you can use the FREE Heathrow Express rail shuttle service to the Heathrow Central Bus Station at Terminals 2 & 3. Travel in the carriages at the rear of the train and alight at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and follow signs to Heathrow Central Bus Station.  

Terminal 5
Follow signs for Local Buses upon exiting arrivals. Our coaches stop at Stand 9 and you can get a ticket either from our driver or in advance online.

At Reading

Follow the RailAir signs from your platform.

Coaches stop right outside the station, you are welcome to use our luxury lounge which is available to all RailAir customers, find it by the station exit nearest to M&S Simply Food.

If you are being dropped by car in the lower-level car park (30 minutes free parking) then use the centre staircase to access to the station concourse and then follow the signs.

At Guildford

Follow the RailAir signs from your platform.

Coaches stop right outside the station, find the coach stop outside M&S Simply Food. If you are parking for the day you can park from £2 on Sundays, find out more at www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations_destinations/GLD.aspx

At Woking

Coaches stop right outside the south side of the station adjacent to M&S Simply Food.
