IMPORTANT: From 23 July 2023, RailAir coaches will no longer serve Heathrow Central Bus Station. Customers boarding at Terminals 2 and 3 will be able to use the new pick-up locations described below.
If you are arriving or departing from Terminal 4, you can use the free trains, Underground and H30 bus to reach Terminals 2, 3 or 5. Click here to view the map.
Terminal 2 and 3
From 23 July 2023, RA1, RA2 and RA3 pick-up right outside Arrivals at Terminal 2 (bus stops 11 and 12) and Terminal 3 (bus stops 7 and 8).
Terminal 4
Inter-terminal transfer is free by train, Underground and H30 bus. Use Oyster or contactless for trains and Underground (you won’t be charged). Alternatively, if using the trains between terminals, you can collect a free train transfer ticket at train stations. No Oyster, contactless or ticket is required for free travel on the H30 bus.
Terminal 5
Follow signs for Local Buses upon exiting arrivals. Our coaches stop at bus stop 9 and you can get a ticket either from our driver or in advance online.

Coaches stop right outside the station, you are welcome to use our luxury lounge which is available to all RailAir customers, find it by the station exit nearest to M&S Simply Food.
If you are being dropped by car in the lower-level car park (30 minutes free parking) then use the centre staircase to access to the station concourse and then follow the signs.

Coaches stop right outside the south side of the station adjacent to M&S Simply Food.
Coaches will pick you up at stop 2 right outside the main station exit at Watford Junction.
Coaches pick up at stop W next to the library in Watford Town Centre. We also serve Hempstead Road at Wentworth Close and Grove Mill Lane.
